Based only 15 minutes from the Pretoria city centre, with easy access from the Hatfield Gautrain station, our in-house team of event managers and stylists will ensure that your event is one to remember.
Annual festivals, entertainment, outdoor and sporting events are our forte however, we also cater to a variety of other events such as conferences, product launches, exhibitions, training sessions, private parties, gala dinners, matric farewells and weddings. The Board Hall
This is our flagship venue. Complete with a service kitchen, bar facilities and can comfortably accommodate up to:
- 250 guests for a cocktail function
- 150 guests for a banquet function
- 80 guests for a cinema-style conference
- 120 for a school-room style conference
Ample space for exhibitions and product launches and our team will ensure that needs from sound, audio-visual perspective are taken care of.
The Blue Hall
Another large venue that boasts similar amenities to the Board Hall. Can comfortably accommodate up to:
- 200 guests for a cocktail function
- 150 guests for a banquet function
- 150 delegates for a cinema-style conference
- 150 for a school-room style conference
The Trophy Room
Our famous favourite among patrons, and even though this venue doesn't lend itself to conferencing, it can accommodate up to:
- 250 guests for a cocktail and bar setup
The Auditorium
The Auditorium seats up to 90 guests and includes the use of a projector, as well as sound and audiovisual equipment.
Training room configurations
The training room can be configured in a U-shape, cinema, classroom or boardroom style:
- 24 people in U-shaped style
- 70 delegates for a cinema-style conference
- 40 attendees in a classroom style
- 30 people for a boardroom style setup.
