As South Africa moves to lockdown alert Level 3 from 1 June 2020, the City Lodge Hotel Group is starting the phased re-opening of its hotels.
During Levels 5 and 4, a few of the group’s properties have been used to accommodate essential services, while others have provided quarantine accommodation. Now that business travel is resuming, more properties will re-open in key locations where there is an anticipated demand.
In total, 15 hotels will be open to business travellers and essential services workers during this phase. They are:

- Road Lodge Bloemfontein Airport
- Road Lodge Cape Town International Airport

- Road Lodge N1 City
- Road Lodge Pietermaritzburg
- Road Lodge Port Elizabeth
- Road Lodge Richards Bay
- Road Lodge Rustenburg
As business picks up, more properties will reopen.
