Tintswalo Summer House in Glencairn, Cape Town, has launched a bespoke corporate conferencing package, offering companies an exclusive boutique venue for executive meetings, strategy sessions, team retreats and small-scale corporate events. Combining luxury accommodation with personalised service in a relaxed coastal setting, the seaside boutique hotel provides an inspiring alternative to conventional conference venues.
With day conferencing for up to 40 delegates in the Glass Room, Tintswalo Summer House is available on an exclusive-use basis, ensuring complete privacy and a seamless conference experience with customised itineraries. Accommodation is available for up to 24 delegates sharing 12 elegantly appointed guest rooms.
Delegates arrive from 15:00 on the first day, enjoying leisure time to settle into their accommodation, unwind beside the heated swimming pool, relax in the hotel’s comfortable lounge areas or enjoy a leisurely walk along the nearby beach. Served between 17:00 and 18:00, a welcome reception featuring complimentary canapés and the cocktail of the day creates an informal setting for team interaction and networking.
The first evening is at leisure – offering delegates the optional extra of dining at the hotel, enjoying a braai around the pool, or using a complimentary shuttle service to explore nearby Simon’s Town, Kalk Bay and Noordhoek, where a variety of restaurants and attractions can be enjoyed.
Each day begins with a generous breakfast served between 07:00 and 10:00 before conference sessions commence. Meeting schedules are designed around the group’s individual programme, allowing for presentations, workshops, planning sessions and team-building activities at times that best suit the overall itinerary.
The conference day package includes a mid-morning break with beverages and snacks, 2-course lunch served family-style, and an afternoon tea break with snacks, followed by pre-dinner canapés & cocktail of the day, and 3-course dinner. Beverages at lunch and dinner will be charged on consumption. As an add-on after dinner, nightcaps of cheese & Port may also be arranged to be served in the lounge.
On the final morning after breakfast, check-out takes place at 10:00. Shuttle transfers to Cape Town International Airport or other destinations can be arranged in advance to ensure a smooth departure.
