On Wednesday, 13 October 2021, Queen Ramotsehoa, renowned leadership coach, took to Facebook Live to deliver the first of five sessions that theplanner.guru will be covering.
Those who were fortunate to catch Queen Ramotsehoa, Executive Coach at Tsheto Leadership and Coaching Academy, this past Wednesday, were treated to an engaging session during which Queen shared an excerpt from her new book, Leadership Anchored in Consciousness is a Big Deal.
Her academy was borne from the need to focus leadership efforts, and her latest book details the importance of leading consciously.
“When I talk about leaders, I am talking about people who know what to do, and have worked hard to get to where they are. I am not underestimating the capacity of leaders; more I see myself as their partner – I partner them to think, to reflect, to make decisions and to check the impact of the decisions they have made,” highlighted Queen.
She places a particular emphasis on ‘leadership’ itself being a big deal as this is centred on people.
“When you talk about leadership, you are talking about a human being leading another human being… It is a big deal because our impact as leaders has a far-reaching impact. Long after we’ve met somebody and influenced how they see and experience life… who they are because of our influence continues to impact the people that they meet,” notes Queen.
