The relaxed Nuovo Restaurant is open from 4am to 10pm, serving buffet style catering and an à la carte menu with ingredients that are locally produced (within a 160km radius), responsibly sourced and seasonal. All meals are carefully prepared with passion by a dedicated team led by Executive Chef Adrian Schreuder. The attached bar is open from 11am to 1am daily, offering a range of quality cocktails, wines and craft beers from local brewers.
