Eat and Be Merry with The Maslow Sandton Christmas Lunch

Enjoy Christmas Day in style with an exquisite Christmas lunch at the Lacuna Bistro, enveloped in the idyllic garden setting of The Maslow, Sandton, and under the mastery skills of the new Executive Chef, Ofentse Morake, and joined by new Food & Beverage Manager, Mongezi Radebe.
The Christmas Day buffet will be a fitting yuletide occasion, with all you need to make merry, from food and drink, live entertainment to children’s entertainment in the form of face painting and Santa Clause.
Enjoy a selection of welcome drinks, from refreshing cocktail, juice or sparkling wine to kick off a memorable celebratory lunch. Starters include a variety of vibrant salads such as roast beetroot, caprese pasta, Caesar and Waldorf.
Fire up your appetite for the main event with juicy roasts, such as a Christmas roast chicken, glazed gammon, roast beef, or pan-roasted hake for those who prefer seafood. Add some mouth-watering side dishes such as crispy roast potato, Christmas rice, honey glazed carrots, season roast vegetables, cauliflower and broccoli gratin, and you have a buffet of South Africa’s favourite classics.
Conclude your culinary journey with a traditional Christmas pudding, Christmas croquembouche, mince pies, assorted mini tarts and a seasonal fruit platter. The afternoon nap in one of The Maslow’s luxurious, four-star graded bedrooms is a recommended, optional extra.
