The PCO Alliance Network last night hosted its glittering annual “You Rock” Awards at Hard Rock Cafe, Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton, bringing Meetings Africa 2026 to a high-energy close with an unforgettable after party attended by the ‘Who’s Who’ of the MICE industry.
Beloved comedian and master of ceremonies Chris Forrest steered the evening with his trademark wit and charm, keeping guests entertained between awards, live music and networking.
Adding extra star power to the night, Drizzles Productions, in association with Ja Nee Kreative, sponsored part of the entertainment and pulled off the remarkable feat of convincing a few musical “legends” to make an appearance, including:
– A queen who wants to break free
– A rocket man ready for take-off
– A diva who believes in life after love
– A voice that will always love you
– And a supreme who’s coming out
The headline act, acclaimed stage performer, musician and actor Craig Urbani, delivered a powerhouse performance that kept the audience rocking and perfectly captured the celebratory spirit of the event.
At the heart of the evening were the ‘You Rock Awards’, recognising outstanding achievement, professionalism and contribution to the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE) industry.
