There are moments in an industry when the spotlight doesn’t just shine on achievements — it shines on the people entrusted to recognise them. The Women in MICE Awards 2026 is one of those moments.
This year, we are proud — and truly honoured — to introduce a panel of judges who embody excellence, leadership, innovation, and unwavering passion for the MICE industry. These are the individuals who will carefully review every nomination, celebrate every story, and ultimately help us recognise the women shaping the future of our industry.
This is more than a judging panel.
This is a collective of trailblazers, storytellers, strategists, and changemakers.
Why Our Judges Matter
Behind every award is a story of impact — and behind every fair and meaningful decision is a panel that understands the industry from every angle.
Our 2026 judges bring together expertise across events, exhibitions, creative industries, incentive travel, media, communications, and community development. They don’t just judge — they champion excellence.
