CREATIVES CONNECT AFRIKA 2026 OPENS EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES FOR AFRICA’S TOURISM, CREATIVE AND ENTERTAINMENT ECONOMIES | The Planner

Exhibitor opportunities are now open for Creatives Connect Afrika (CCA) 2026, the AfCFTA Forum on Entertainment-Led Tourism, taking place at Alisa Hotel – North Ridge in Accra, Ghana, from 30 November to 3 December 2026.

Convened by the AfCFTA Secretariat in collaboration with Africa Tourism Partners (ATP) and the Government of Ghana, CCA 2026 will bring together Africa’s tourism, creative and entertainment sectors under the theme “Entertainment-Led Tourism: Transforming Pan-African Creative Wealth into Global Economic Influence.” Building on its inaugural standalone edition in Accra in 2025, the Forum aims to turn Africa’s creative influence into stronger enterprises, expanded markets, investment, trade and sustainable economic opportunities.

The Africa Creative Marketplace will give African creatives and enterprises a platform to showcase, market and sell products, reach customers and grow market access. The Sustainable Village will offer an interactive space for participants across film, music, fashion, esports, gaming, wellness, digital content and other creative industries. Structured business-to-business networking and investment engagements will connect exhibitors with buyers, investors, financial institutions and strategic partners.

Exhibitor opportunities are open to creatives, artists, filmmakers, musicians, fashion designers, producers, content creators, cultural practitioners, tourism and hospitality businesses, destinations, event organisers, technology platforms, start-ups, SMEs, established enterprises, industry associations, and youth- and women-led businesses. Organisations offering products, services and solutions that support Africa’s tourism and creative economies are also encouraged to participate.

Across four days, CCA 2026 will feature masterclasses, a Pan-African Tourism, Hospitality and Creatives Leadership Roundtable, policy and industry dialogue, the Sustainable Village, the Africa Creative Marketplace, investment engagements and the CCA Festival. The programme will culminate in a Pan-African Musical Showcase and Celebration on 3 December, highlighting the role of African music in entertainment-led tourism.

African businesses, destinations, creatives, entrepreneurs and innovators are invited to secure exhibition space and connect with new markets through CCA 2026.

About Creatives Connect Afrika (CCA)

Creatives Connect Afrika developed from a dedicated AfCFTA engagement on tourism, cultural and creative industries introduced within the Africa Tourism Leadership Forum in 2022. The platform subsequently evolved through collaboration between the AfCFTA Secretariat and Africa Tourism Partners into a standalone continental Forum and Festival connecting tourism, Africa’s cultural and creative industries, trade and economic development.

The inaugural standalone edition was convened in Accra, Ghana, in 2025, bringing together policymakers and tourism institutions with filmmakers, musicians, fashion designers, creative entrepreneurs, businesses, investors and development partners.
