100% Design South Africa, an international showcase for contemporary design with a unique African perspective, runs alongside the well-established and largest decor, design and lifestyle exhibition in Africa, Decorex Joburg from 5 – 9 August 2016.
Having launched in August 2014, 100% Design South Africa is a high-end curated showcase of the most inspirational designs and designers. Set to take place alongside Decorex Joburg each year, 100% Design South Africa is the perfect platform for South African and international furniture, lighting, interiors, fabrics and product design, covering the residential, hospitality and office industries.
100% Colour in association with Plascon and House and Leisure is a conceptual showcase that expresses the power of colour to create a specific mood, message or meaning in design.
The feature shows colours’ impact and energy in action as applied to everything from surface design and furniture to product design. In 2016 this vibrant showcase entitled The Colour Continent will take its cue from the hues of Africa as expressed in the brilliant shades found in its landscapes, cities, art, design and textiles.
