The Southern African Association for the Conference Industry (SAACI) joins the world in mourning the death of Nelson Mandela.
“Madiba stepped out of his personal experiences to show the world what international statesmanship really means – and proved to the world that South Africans could work together despite huge historical differences,” says National Chairperson Zelda Coetzee.
“His contribution to South Africa’s acceptance in the international arena, post 1994, has been immense and as the business events industry we continue to reap the benefits.
“As an industry we sincerely sympathise with Madiba’s family and all South Africans.”
