Since we’re already in December, it’s safe to say that 2016 is coming to a close and most, if not all companies, are entering the hibernation phase of the year. This also means it’s the time where people start asking about when and where the exciting/dreaded year-end function will take place.
Year-end functions can mean many things to many people – it can be the time where people put their differences aside and finally bond over a glass of champagne, or it could be the time where your manager makes a complete and utter fool of themselves and lets go after about ten glasses of wine… Whatever the case, this is the one time of the year where employees can enjoy each other’s company, no strings attached (bar the handful of unsocial wallflowers.
