Clico Restaurant’s Chef Scholly and his team have put together a delicious, and dare we say it… decadent four-course Mother’s Day menu.
The mouthwatering dishes include butternut ravioli, mussel-and-basil risotto, chicken roulade with pearled barley, leeks and parsnip jus or lamb shoulder with pomme fondant, parsley croquette, almond cream and red wine jus while dessert includes key-lime pie with lime, orange and Chantilly cream.
R385 per person for the four course menu plus R250pp for optional wine pairing.
