CLHG still pays 10% commission to agents and TMCs | The Planner
Andrew Widegger, CEO of City Lodge Hotel Group

Despite the devastation that the pandemic has had on the hospitality industry, City Lodge Hotel Group says it continues to pay 10% commission to IATA-registered travel agents and travel management companies on bookings for all of the group’s hotels.

“We have always endeavoured to be the most bookable hotel group.”

Andrew Widegger, CEO of City Lodge Hotel Group, says, “We have always endeavoured to be the most bookable hotel group, particularly now that we are re-opening more hotels as travel restrictions ease. We know that travel management companies and travel agents have been hard hit by the lockdown and related restrictions and want to reassure them that we value their business and are happy to reward them for continued loyalty.”

The group adds that travel agents may reassure their clients that they will have a safe stay, due to the internationally recognised COVID-19 hygiene and safety protocols the group in place. More information on these can be found here www.clhg.com.
