Despite the devastation that the pandemic has had on the hospitality industry, City Lodge Hotel Group says it continues to pay 10% commission to IATA-registered travel agents and travel management companies on bookings for all of the group’s hotels.

We know that travel management companies and travel agents have been hard hit by the lockdown and related restrictions and want to reassure them that we value their business and are happy to reward them for continued loyalty.”
