Tsogo Sunโ€™s Suncoast Towers hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandren Govender as head chef. In his new role he will be responsible for overseeing the hotelโ€™s dining venue, room service, catering and culinary events, as well as further enhancing the hotels celebrated culinary offerings.

Having served in various hospitality food and beverage positions from around the globe, Govender is a seasoned culinary professional with over 21 years of experience. Govender who specialised in Indian cuisine has been a part of the Tsogo Sun group for over four years and has been at the forefront for the launch of Jeera โ€“ an authentic Durban Indian restaurant.
