The CTICC has three different restaurant facilities, of which one is a la carte, while the other two are day restaurants and used during events at the centre. The catering division, with its internationally trained chefs, has the largest and most advanced kitchen facilities in the Western Cape at its disposal.

CULINARY SERVICES
With one of the largest kitchens in the Southern Hemisphere, the CTICC's catering team can accommodate up to 30,000 pax at a time, hosting a variety of events and menus concurrently. The in-house catering team has the expertise and capability to offer customisable menus to suit various food allergies and dietary requirements. The kitchen is Halaal certified and offers Kosher menu options. Guests are treated to scrumptious Afro-global cuisine, thoughtfully curated to elevate the dining experience and complement the diverse events held at the venue.

ECONOMIC IMPACT AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
The CTICC continues to play a vital role as an economic catalyst, delivering strong financial results while contributing meaningfully to South Africa’s economy.
In the 2023/24 financial year, the CTICC generated R400.7 million in revenue, reflecting a 44% year-on-year growth, and achieved an EBITDA of R82.5 million, nearly doubling its R42 million target. Its economic impact includes a R6.9 billion contribution to national GDP and R6.5 billion to the Western Cape economy, bringing its cumulative contribution since 2003 to R66.9 billion GDP and R58 billion GGP. Additionally, 12,721 jobs were created or sustained nationally over the past year, with a total of 169,034 jobs supported since inception.
