The 4 Star Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo in Johannesburg and the Premier Hotel Pretoria have received high praise for its management and service offering from the AA Quality Assured Accommodation Programme. Both of these hotels received AA Highly Recommended endorsements in the Full Service Hotel category.
Marilynn Cavendish-Davies, Head of the Department: AA Quality Assured Accommodation Programme congratulated Henk Bredenoord and Daniel Velayutham, General Managers of the Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo and Premier Hotel Pretoria respectively, saying “Our committee was unanimous in awarding your establishments the AA Highly Recommended endorsement status for the coming year.”
The AA Quality Assured Accommodation assessors, who visited Premier Hotel O.R. Tambo recently, reported that the professional yet warm welcome received from the hotel’s staff started right from the first entry at the security boom and there is a seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
In addition to the professional service experienced at the Premier Hotel Pretoria, the assessors also commended the hotel on the high level of attention given to energy- and earth-saving measures, including on-site waste-separation.
The assessors were also impressed with the new Premier Hotels and Resorts website, which they found professional and informative, including an on-line reservations offering and improved focus and profiling of the group’s Royalty Club membership.
