Roadshow organiser On Show Solutions has launched its calendar for 2014 with bookings opening this week for the popular trade show in the United Kingdom, Russia and the United States.
On Show’s Africa Showcase has evolved into one of the largest travel trade events featuring exclusively African products. The differentiator is that Africa Showcase takes exhibitors directly to the source market, hosting exciting and educational events in the quest to promote tourism to Africa.
The events provide travel sellers with the latest information and tools designed to boost their sales to Africa through one-on-one meetings with the finest products from Southern, East and Central Africa, as well as the Indian Ocean Islands.
“We’re excited to open invitations this month with early bird specials for our shows in the UK, Russia and the US,” said Jacqui Reynolds. “Our plans for 2014 also include a roll-out into South East Asia and Middle Europe to meet the needs of our clients.”
The dates for the 2014 Africa Showcase are:
- Africa Showcase in Middle Europe June
- Africa Showcase in the U.K. July
- Africa Showcase in Russia August
- Africa Showcase in the U.S. September
- Africa Showcase in S.E. Asia October
Co-owners of On Show Solutions, Amanda Margison and Reynolds, recently signed a partnership with Atta – The African Travel & Tourism Association – to jointly showcase Africa in key source markets. With more than 550 members in 22 countries across Africa, Atta offers diversity in representing Africa to the travel trade.
Margison said: “With our expansion in 2013 from a Southern to an “all” Africa focus, there is great synergy between our two companies enabling Atta members to select our various roadshows that suit their target market.”
