Nestled in the heart of the KwaZulu Natal Midlands, a mere hour and half from Durban, and four hours from Johannesburg, Granny Mouse Country House & Spa tailor makes each and every conference more than just fun, interesting and interactive.

According to General Manager, Sean Granger, “At Granny Mouse, we are always looking at ways in which we can create a unique experience for our conference guests. We have ample facilities to cater to the business of conferences and we want our guests to have that little extra – something different from their previous experiences.”

Given the current focus on all TV cooking shows, Granny Mouse Country House & Spa recently used this subject to incorporate a fun activity for conferencing guests, with their very own MousterChef competition.

The MousterChef competition comprised of four teams of four guests, who were each tasked with creating and preparing one meal, resulting in a starter, main and dessert. The fourth team then had to pair each course with an appropriate wine. Under the watchful eye and guidance of the Granny Mouse Country House & Spa Chefs, the competition was a resounding success and was certainly enjoyed by all participants.
