Crystal 1, 2 and 3 are the crown jewel of the hotel’s conference offering, with a stunning view over the Grand Canal in Century City. This 350-delegate venue is ideal for exhibitions, car and product launches and has drive-in access. It is a flexible, multipurpose space that can open up for a large event or be sectioned into three unique spaces, each accommodating a maximum of 100 people.

CATERING
African Pride Crystal Hotel & Spa has become the first hotel to work with international sports science expert and Original Eating proponent, Professor Tim Noakes, to create an additional conferencing menu for the many thousands of executives who choose to follow a healthier diet.

Among the healthy – and tasty – new conferencing menu items are poached quail egg with baby spinach and parmesan cheese, chicken caesar salad, coconut and almond smoothie, char-sui marinated lamb rack with yoghurt and smoked aubergine, and more. Prof Noakes’ Original Eating logo is placed next to each approved menu item, making it easy for health-conscious conference delegates to choose the right snacks and dishes.

Besides the Original Eating conference nibbles, the hotel offers a truly staggering array of finger food menus for conference breaks or cocktail events, as well as themed dinner options for conferencing groups of more than 30 delegates.
