Familiarisation Trip Standard Charge Method Pinpointed
A further snippet is the international MICE opinion that payment for familiarisation trips should be the norm and not the exception. The rate charged to spend a day or two overnight together with transportation could be attractive in order to incentivise participation which would include a thorough site inspection.  With a booking materialising from the familiarisation trip the amount may be considered as a deduction from the main account.
