CLA brand & event engineering throws Siemens Africa year-end event to remember
Siemens Africa treated their staff to an all-out fun day for their year-end gathering. Approximately 1500 employees attended the event which was held at a beautiful green belt in the heart of Jozi. The lovely open spaces allowed CLA Brand & Event Engineering to transform the space into the perfect ‘concert-in-the-park’. The informal set-up, allowed guests to spread out across the colourful array of tables, bean bags or blankets on the grass all arranged for perfect viewing of proceedings on stage
The day began at 10am with laid back atmosphere-enhancing tunes from DJ Luis. By 11a.m. the energy was pumping and proceedings got underway with the funk-a-licious MC, 5FM DJ Katherine Grenfell and co-MC, Aubrey Pooe who gave the proceedings a fun touch assisting Siemens CEO Sabine Dall’Omo with awards announcements recognising deserving employees.
Entertainment kicked off with Morgan Beatbox SA’s Beatboxing champ, followed by SA’s hottest talent Mi Casa .
Then the games began – the fun land for grown-ups included human foozeball, surfing simulation, target shooting, bungee run, bungee trampoline, inflatable obstacle courses, and wall climbing for the brave. For anyone in need of some R&R a separate spa section was set up where guests could unwind with mini massages mani’s and pedi’s a delightful pampering for the ladies and metro-gents! Nothing says happiness like essential oils and tension-free muscles.
The catering was kept informal but delicious in keeping with overall relaxed feel of the day. CLA congratulates Siemens on a successful year end
