Corporate hosted buyers and Meetings Africa 2015 exhibitors have the fantastic opportunity this year to set up their business meetings before the tradeshow opens, giving them the chance to plan their time at Meetings Africa optimally for excellent business opportunities.
An online diary system has been designed to help corporate hosted buyers identify ideal exhibitors for their business needs. It’s accessible only to corporate hosted buyers and exhibitors to give these delegates easy, streamlined access to each other both prior to Meetings Africa and during the show, too.
The Speaker Showcase is brought to Meetings Africa by Unique Speaker Bureau on the morning of February 25 and in the afternoon time has been set aside for one-on-one business meetings between corporate hosted buyers and exhibitors. These meetings may be set up in advance through the digital diary system. All corporate buyers are encouraged to register to attend the USB Speakers Showcase as soon as possible to gain access to the diary and to Meetings Africa exhibitors.

The USB online diary system went live on January 12, 2015. Be warned, though: organisers expect there to be premium demand for meetings through the diary, so buyers and exhibitors alike are strongly advised to get online and book their meetings while potential business contacts still have space and time available.
