The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) executive committee and board meetings were recently held in Turkey where the hosting and awarding of the UFI Congress 2017 was formalised and approved.
It was announced that Johannesburg will be the host city for the UFI Congress 2017 which will be held at the Johannesburg Expo Centre.
UFI is the association of trade show organisers, fairground owners, national and international associations of the exhibition industry, and its partners. They represent 669 member organisations (composed of 344 exhibition organisers, 95 hall owner managers, 124 exhibition organisers and hall owner managers, 51 associations and 54 partners of the exhibition industry), present in 235 cities in 83 countries on the 6 continents.
