The Dock House Boutique Hotel in Cape Town won the Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa Award of the year in the Africa and Middle East Luxury Travel Guide 2015. Each year these global awards recognise the peak of luxury within a region and reflect the range of products and services provided. The Luxury Travel Guide team annually scours each region so that the awards represent the pinnacle of hospitality achievement, championing the best in their respective fields.
The Dock House Boutique Hotel & Spa is situated in the Portswood Ridge Precinct overlooking the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town. The second award went to Newmark’s Victoria & Alfred Hotel which has made it into Travel & Leisure World’s top ten city hotels within Africa and the Middle East. The Travel & Leisure World’s Best Hotels Awards 2015 represents what this important tourism site is well known for – inspiration and information about the best destinations in the world.
Ranked ninth on the chart, The Victoria & Alfred Hotel is situated in the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town. It has 94 well-appointed bedrooms on three floors, all with views of either Table Mountain or the harbor, and includes the popular seafood restaurant, Oyo Restaurant & Cocktail Bar.
