According to a survey conducted recently by Sleep Cycle app, South Africans are the earliest risers on a Monday morning with an average wake up time of 6:09 and the majority of us only sleep for about 6 hours a night. The Sleep-Well Menu consists of items such as:
- Citrus shrimp and soba noodle with tatsoi, orange, cilantro and avocado dressing
- Smoked turkey avocado sandwich wrapped in a whole-grain soft tortilla with edamame humus
- A bedtime snack which is low-fat berry yoghurt with walnut granola
Herbal Tea is also available to help guests unwind and re-centre. The Westin advises that these superfoods are enjoyed 1 to 2 hours before bedtime to enhance your rest and enrich your well-being.
