At Mabula Game Lodge, located just two-and-a-half-hours‘ drive from Johannesburg. The 3 state of the art and fully equipped conference rooms are perfect for those much needed strategy sessions and offers standard conference equipment as well as data projectors and AV facilities.

 

The largest conferencing venue on offer at Mabula Game Lodge is Kingfisher Conference Venue measuring 22.5m x 10.95m in size and accommodating up to 160 delegates Cinema-style, 70 in a U-shape and 100 in a Boardroom configuration. Kingfisher has its own bathroom facilities.

 

The Marula Conference Venue is 7.16m x 12.6m in size and seats up to 60 delegates Cinema-style, 30 U-Shape and 50 in a Boardroom configuration.The Baobab Conference Centre is the smallest of the three venues measuring 1.66m x 10m in size and accommodates up to 40 delegates Cinema-style, 30 in a U-shape and 30 in a Boardroom configuration.

 

Bush themed tea breaks, an array of banqueting venues, various activities including team building options, a relaxing spa, scrumptious meals and safari game drives can be combined to guarantee long lasting team motivation, and successful results.

 

The 2016 rates are from R 1995 per single room per night, and from R 1490 per person sharing per night. These rates are inclusive of a non-alcoholic welcome juice on arrival, one conference venue, accommodation, breakfast, dinner, one lunch, two standard tea breaks, standard conference equipment and one game drive per person.

 

In addition to all of the above, Mabula Game Lodge also offers one free single hotel room for every 20 rooms booked at the lodge.
