Organised by Spintelligent, Africa Utility Week has grown from strength-to-strength and is now the leading power and utility event in Africa.
This year, it filled all the halls at the CTICC, and comprised some 10 478m2 of exhibition space as well as foyers, walkways, meeting rooms and conference rooms.
One of the Cape’s fastest-growing turnkey exhibitions service suppliers, 3D Cape, supplied all the infrastructure for the exhibition including carpets, electrical services, shell scheme stands, furniture, audio visual equipment and exhibitor service.
It also provided all feature areas for the organiser (media lounge and set, re-booking booth, registration areas, information walls, arches, lounges and lunch areas) and built a pavilion for France, one for IEEMA (Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturer’s Association), four custom stands and 18 system-built stands.
The show attracted 256 exhibitors and over 6000 attendees, and 3D clients were mightily impressed, as this letter from Analog confirms: “As far as customer relationship management is concerned, the people who I dealt with from 3D Cape have been phenomenal.
“In the office, Didi Singh and Erica Anderson were on the ball, assisting us with all they could, often within very short time frames. In fact, their attention to detail was perfect and helped our stand acquire more than 100 solid leads over the duration of the exhibition.
“The build guys, too, were fantastic and I look forward to working with them in the future. Well done and thank you to all.”
“It is so satisfying to work hard on a project and see it come together so well, like at AUW,” said 3D Cape director, Andrew Keymer. “It is equally rewarding when clients recognise the heart and soul 3D Cape brings to a job, and we’re grateful for Analog’s praise. Thank you to a truly awesome team for – as is the norm – going the extra mile.”
