Likweti Lodge (meaning “Morning Star”) is situated in a 765 hectare privately owned Lowveld reserve on the Mpumalanga escarpment of South Africa where giraffe, nyala and warthog families wander freely on the property. Bird life abounds, with over 180 species calling the reserve home – a birdwatcher’s paradise. Feathered residents include the elusive African Finfoot and nocturnal sightings of bush baby, porcupine, serval and genet complete this tranquil bush experience.
All 10 rooms at Likweti Lodge are air-conditioned and have their own private wooden deck, open-plan lounge, en-suite bathroom with private outdoor shower, kitchenette, fully stocked mini-bar, satellite TV and safe. 2 of the rooms are Luxury Suites perfect for honeymooners and fireplaces and private splash pools set them apart from our Executive Rooms.
Accommodation at Likweti Lodge includes a scrumptious breakfast served in the Pezulu Restaurant which also serves lunch and dinner. The restaurant can easily be transformed into a conferencing or function venue that can seat up 80 delegates. Function or conference equipment includes a podium, ceiling fans, a PA system, data projector and screen, whiteboard, flipchart and markers. Wireless internet facilities as well as a photocopier are available.
