On Sundays from the end of November until the beginning of April, musical concerts are held on the lawns at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden.

On Sunday, 20 November 2016 at 5:30 PM – 7 PM Jimmy Nevis will be performing in their first concert of the season.
Born and raised in Cape Town, Jimmy Nevis is a young alternative pop singer/ songwriter and producer. His sound comprises of quirky lyrics, acoustic tones and catchy melodies. He has had extensive radio play with 3 charted hit singles. Jimmy Nevis released his debut album titled “Subliminal” of which the success brought the signing of an exclusive deal with top American record label Ultra Records for distribution in the USA. Jimmy has been nominated for several top awards including the “Record of the Year” category at the SAMA’s, MTV African Awards and Wawela Awards. Nevis then released his 2nd Album entitled “The Masses” as well as 2 “colab” singles this year.
