Smaller groups can choose to celebrate year-end in Tintswalo’s new Mongolian conference room (max 8 guests), the Wine Cellar (max 10 guests), Library (max 12 guests), the Feedroom Restaurant (max 40 guests) or the restaurant patio (max 30 guests). The latter two can also be combined for larger functions of up to 120 people, with the Bar Lounge holding up to 140 guests.
Tintswalo at Waterfall’s kitchen team will spoil delegates with their innovative culinary creations. Companies may choose from three different three-course set menu options (R420 per person each), giving event organisers plenty of options. The year-end function menus include a variety of exquisite dishes, such as Truffle Goats Cheese mousse rolled in cucumber and served with fine green beans, tomato fondue, split olives and balsamic as a starter; Slow-cooked Pork Belly with grilled artichoke, chorizo salsa, sweet roasted capsicum and confit spring onion as a main course; and Traditional Malva Pudding with crème Anglaise, crème Chantilly and berries as a dessert. The Executive Chef can also discuss any special menu requirements, with Halaal and Kosher meals being available at an additional cost.
Corporates may also take advantage of Tintswalo at Waterfall’s special holiday accommodation offer, valid for stays between 18 December 2017 and 31 January 2018. Priced at R3 950 per room per night sharing for 2 people, it includes accommodation in one of the hotel’s luxury Suites, a four-course set menu, and an indulgent breakfast for two the following morning.
