Thirty-eight franchise hotels in the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) participated in the awards, representing the territory covering India, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Samantha Clingham, the General Manager of the InterContinental Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport, received the award at a ceremony in Bahrain.
