On 20 July, the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA) hosted a webinar to share details about the behind-the-scenes lobbying it has undertaken to ensure tourism is reopened urgently, as well as what the next steps are for this to happen.
On the panel was Blacky Komani, TBCSA Chair, and Tshifhiwa Tshivhengwa, TBCSA CEO. The discussion was moderated by David Frost, CEO of the Southern African Tourism Services Association (SATSA).
