Africa Travel Week responds to the pandemic with new high-value offerings | The Planner

Africa Travel Week (ATW) has unveiled its plans for 2021, which includes a new strategy to reignite tourism on the continent while continuing to prioritise the safety of its global community. This involves a blend of both live and virtual events across 365 days. WTM Africa will run go ahead on 07-09 April 2021 as a fully virtual exhibition, offering 1-to-1 meetings, content sessions and speed networking.

β€œThe plan for WTM Africa has always been about offering value beyond the show floor. This year, we’re focussing heavily on that, with a robust plan that offers significant ROI across 365 days, instead of three,” says Megan Oberholzer, Portfolio Director: Travel, Tourism and Creative Industries at Reed Exhibitions Africa.
