VISITORS

Any visitor application submitted between 19-26 February 2022 will be charged an accreditation fee of R160.00. All registrations need to be completed by 26 February 2022. No registration will be accepted onsite in light of Covid Compliance.

HOSTED BUYERS

International Hosted Buyers

The South Africa National Convention Bureau invites a select group of hosted buyers from the business events industry to attend Meetings Africa every year.
These buyers go through a strict selection and qualifying process before being approved as a recognised International Hosted Buyer and will form part of the pre-scheduled online matchmaking appointment schedule to maximise their time and value at the exhibition.
International Hosted Buyers enjoy fully sponsored flights, accommodation as well as a pre- or post-show tour of a destination as part of their hosting. They are also given first-hand knowledge and education about the destination in order to prepare them for sales and motivation for their next meeting or group itinerary.
