βWe were absolutely devastated to learn of Lee-Ann Alderβs untimely passing on April 10. Her larger-than-life personality and incredible work ethic made a massive mark on our industry. I know I speak for many when I say her absence will be sorely felt.
I loved talking to Lee-Ann, and we shared a lot of good laughs over the years while trying to sort out all the worldβs problems. For me, her unwavering commitment to seeing each project through and consistently stepping up to assist us stands out the most.
Lee-Ann was dedicated to her role at EXSA in a way that was truly inspiring. She brought so much to not only the association but to events and exhibitions. Lee-Ann was remarkably astute and played such a key role within the industry, from her great sector insights and ability to make connections that matter to her pragmatic outlook and simple home truths. She upheld professionalism with fervour, and being on time and showing up was really important to her, which I admired and appreciated.
Lee-Ann, Iβll never ever forget you. Our hearts are broken, and we wish each of your family members, friends, colleagues, and the lives of the many people you touched during your time our deepest condolences. Thank you for absolutely everything. Fly high with the angels as we continue to strive for excellence in your name.β
