It’s that time of the year again and we are gearing up for the SAACI 2016 Congress!
We were elated by the success of the Congress last year and are looking forward to creating another memorable event, this time in Mangaung. In fact, the planning is already well underway.
Registration
Registration for SAACI 2016 is open. All participants must register and the Experience Tour, Out of the Ordinary Sessions, and social programme tickets can be booked at the same time.

New Website
The Organising Committee is pleased to announce the launch of the SAACI 2016 Congress website: www.saacicongress.org. We’ve moved the Congress website to its own domain so it will be easier to find and more searchable. We also think it just looks great!
Congress Venue
Mangaung is the original home of SAACI, where the association was founded in 1985 We’re so pleased to be bringing the Congress home and glad to have the opportunity to showcase the city and its historic beauty as well.
Kopano Nokeng (Sotho for “gather by the rivers”) is situated between Bloemfontein and the Renoster Creeks. There are five state-of-the-art conference venues able to accommodate meetings of 20 to 700 delegates, and a boutique guesthouse with 16 rooms.
The President Hotel is situated at Naval Hill Bloemfontein and offers 145 bedrooms, a restaurant and the Expresso Bar. The majority of Congress sessions will take place here, in its extensive and beautiful conference centre.
Congress events will be taking place at both venues, delegates have a choice of several accommodation options and will find themselves conveniently located. More information on accommodation rates can be found here.
Programme
The SAACI 2016 Congress Programme Committee is hard at work developing a relevant programme that will meet the needs of all delegates as well as offer extensive engagement opportunities, from interactive sessions to networking events. We’ll be updating the website soon with information about our speakers and descriptions of their sessions.
