New Resort Director appointed at Emerald Resort & Casino | The Planner

Emerald Resort & Casino welcomes Mark Hands, international hotelier and casino veteran, to the position of Resort Director.

Mark Hands joins the Emerald Resort & Casino team from the Ceasars Entertainment owned Casino, Manchester235 in the position of Venue Director.  He has over 25 years experience in the hotel industry which includes, amongst others, Venue Director at Alea, Nottingham, Group General Manager at Doubletree Hotel in Bristol and GM, Thistle Hotels.

“Mark brings a wealth of international experience, knowledge and insights to the local hotel and casino industry, and we’re very excited to have him on board,” says Emerald Resort & Casino’s Finance Executive, Walter Bause.
