They also gave a reassurance that they are adhering to all required safety and hygiene protocols. As a result, their events and conferencing delivery has been adapted. For example:
- A maximum limit of 50 people per venue will be enforced
- All meeting spaces have been set up to cater for 1.5 meter social distancing
- Each delegate’s temperature will be checked prior to entering the venue
- Menus and food service have been adjusted to align with health and safety protocols
