Craft, located at the site that was previously Squires, will set the new standard for premium burgers, ribs and steaks with an extensive menu of extraordinary choices. The restaurant alsoboasts a selection of hand-picked craft beers, mouthwatering cocktails and wines. Open from 12:00 until late, and with its trend-setting menu, informal but vibrant interior, and its upmarket bar area, Craft is the perfect place to meet, eat and socialize. The exciting yet affordable menu offers something for everyone, including adventurous new taste-seekers and the carb-conscious.

All of Craft’s burgers are handmade on site from 100% pure ground beef, weighing in at a healthy 170g each. Exciting gourmet options include The Cheese Maker, a succulent beef patty with brie, mozzarella and cheddar; The Wine Maker, a Craft beef patty with pinotage onion marmalade; The Widow Maker, two Craft beef patties with three cheeses, four streaky bacons and beer battered onion rings; The Dirty Sanchez, a house patty with loads of cheddar, sliced jalapenos, refried beans and guacamole, as well as The Grease Strip, which features streaky bacon, a soft egg, hashbrown and fairground onions.

There are no less than ten enticing variations of chicken wings, including amongst others The Tandoori, a dozen wings hot and red with coriander yoghurt; Chang Mai Chicken, a dozen wings with ginger, garlic, chili and lemon grass dressing, and The Texan, 12 wings with chili and lime dust tossed in salsa with guacamole. Meat lovers are spoiled for choice with a selection of gourmet options. Diners can customize their meals with sides such as cheesy potato wings, jalapeno poppers, coleslaw, battered onion rings, zucchini fries and sweet potato wedges. The decadent sauce choices include smoked garlic mayo, horseradish mayo, smoked paprika ketchup and harissa among others.
