In Part 2 of In Conversation with Queen, Queen Ramotsehoa, Executive Coach at the Tsheto Coaching and Leadership Academy and author of the book, Leadership Anchored in Consciousness is a Big Deal, shares with us her formula on conscious leadership that she says has been shaped by her experiences over time.
“Over time, we lead from who we are, and because we lead from who we are, it means that the biggest portion of leading others, is us leading ourselves,” notes Queen, adding that 80% of leadership is self-leadership.
Queen’s experience as a mentor and leadership coach has taken her to a global stage where she delivered a TEDx Talk organised by TEDxLytteltonWomen. Here, she shares her personal journey and delivers inspirational and profound insights into leadership.
