The Women in MICE Awards celebrate the pivotal role women play in shaping meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.

A moderator, MC and facilitator, Thami is a message architect who creates impactful messages through conversation, non-verbal, written and visual communication. Thami is a communications strategist and MICE expert – and the embodiment of what the awards stand for.
