The Women in MICE 2021 Awards will continue to include a partnership with Queen Ramotsehoa from the Tsheto Leadership & Coaching Academy, an academy that uses an empowered and empowering approach to achieve high performance results. Queen’s expertise will ensure that the Awards mentorship programme is effective and delivers real benefits to the young women who are starting out in the industry.

In the words of Eleanor Roosevelt, “Choose a challenge instead of competence”. We need to break free from the limitations of the status quo, says Thami Nkadimeng. 

A moderator, MC and facilitator, Thami is a message architect who creates impactful messages through conversation, non-verbal, written and visual communication. Thami is a communications strategist and MICE expert – and the embodiment of what the awards stand for.
