At a glittering ceremony held at previous award winner Indigo Pearl Resort in Phuket, Thailand on 1 November, this Magaliesburg property’s stellar qualities were recognised when they were awarded Best Luxury Spa Hotel in Africa at the 2013 World Luxury Hotel Awards™.
World Luxury Hotel Awards™ were established in 2006 to recognize the worldwide luxury hotel industry and legendary hotels with respect to overall service excellence. Some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands participate in this highly regarded awards process and for 2013; a total over 1000 hotels from 87 countries were nominated. 2013 saw the largest number of votes ever cast and it’s understandable that each of the winners of the 50 categories is thrilled.
