Session 1:
9H00 – 11H00 Get inspired by new designs, learn what materials to use and how to consider operational requirements. The session will be in line with EXSA Green Stand Award criteria.
Session 2:
11H30 – 13H30 Get a better understanding of what you can do at your hotel to go green, and learn more about the different rating systems available. Find out more about the current initiatives to promote responsible tourism. The Peech Hotel will present a case study.
Session 3:
14H30 – 16H30 From farmer to fork – how do we make sure that our catering options are more sustainable? Find out more about the different initiatives that can assist you with greening your menu. Learn about sourcing organic vegetables in Gauteng and how you can ensure your organic waste goes to compost.
