Jane Mokhari is in charge of client services and liaison at Tshwane Events Centre and has worked there since the 1960s.
She was one of the inspiring and influential women in MICE as voted by Meetings in 2014.
As a customer liaison officer, she’s a focal point for customer problems, questions and concerns.
She constantly constantly seeks to understand a customer’s requirements and to provide unstinting support. It is this reason why the centre has a lot of repeat business.
