The Protea Hotel Stellenbosch is currently undergoing a refurbishment of their bedrooms for greater comfort and to further improve safety standards.
This includes new furniture, art, soft furnishings, wooden floors and wall colours.
The Deluxe rooms now each have a corner couch that can be converted into two single beds, making them ideal for families. There is also a 50 inch television with high-spec connectivity, enabling guests to connect any device to the TV, as well as a large desk that doubles as a dining table for four people.
Keeping the needs of both business and leisure travellers in mind, they have included plenty of extra plug points and high-spec connectivity.
“Modern guests, regardless of whether they come and stay with us at Protea Hotel Stellenbosch because they’re on holiday or because they’re on business, require access to the internet for their various devices,” says Danny Bryer, sales, marketing and revenue director.
These upgrades are expected to be completed by the end of May.
