Durban ICC voted best in Africa | The Planner

DSC_0706The Durban International Convention Centre (ICC) has been awarded yet another international award for service excellence. The Centre took top honours at the World Travel Awards (WTA) and was voted as Africa’s leading meetings and conference centre at the annual Africa and Indian Ocean Gala Ceremony held at the Kempinski Seychelles Resort.

The World Travel Awards celebrates its 22nd anniversary this year and is acknowledged across the globe as the ultimate travel accolade. The awards programme aims to celebrate those organisations that are pushing the boundaries of industry excellence.

The Centre was voted top of its league amongst nominees which included the Cape Town International Convention Centre, Sandton Convention Centre, Kenyatta ICC and the Cairo ICC.
