Sun International’s exquisite Royal Livingstone situated on the banks of the Zambezi River in Zambia has been inducted into the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame after receiving a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the fifth consecutive year.
The Certificate of Excellence award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor. The ‘Hall of Fame’ was created to honour those businesses that have earned a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years, and have continually delivered a superior customer service.
“Being awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence five years in a row and being inducted into the ‘Hall of Fame’ is a true source of pride for the entire team at the Royal Livingstone Hotel. The recently upgraded Zambezi Sun, alongside the Royal Livingston, has also been rated highly by guests, resulting in the resort winning a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award too.
Certificate of Excellence winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience. When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor takes into account the quality and quantity of reviews and opinions submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period.
