Themed the home of great ideas, Africa’s biggest annual décor and design event, Decorex Joburg 2015, promises to bring visitors more inspired ideas than ever before.
Not only have the show’s exhibition halls been given a complete makeover, with a fresh new design ensuring even easier navigation, but the myriad decorators and designers, furniture suppliers, kitchen manufacturers, and paint and décor specialists who will be exhibiting have been months in preparation in order to showcase the very best of local and international home and interiors trends, products and services to an inspiration-hungry public.

DECOREX DESIGNER SPOTLIGHT
Materials and wallpapers from Home Fabrics will again shine in the Designer Spotlight feature, where Kirsten Di Clemente of Slate Interiors has been hand-picked to showcase her designer talents in a specially dedicated space.
DECOREX SPOTLIGHT ON TALENT
As an incubator for emerging creative talent, Decorex SA is committed to corporate social investment and, this year, joins forces with Inscape Education Group, South Africa’s oldest, privately owned multi-disciplinary creative institution, to present the Spotlight on Talent showcase. Three of Inscape’s most promising students will be given the opportunity to showcase their stand-out design talents, using the platform given to them at Decorex Joburg as an opportunity to gauge the market-suitability of their products.
DINING & ENTERTAINING THEATRE
The Dining & Entertaining Theatre, sponsored by Kitchen Frontiers, will provide cooking demos by a host of engaging local chefs, all presented from a beautiful all purpose-built kitchen. As the perfect complement to their culinary mastery, this year will also see the launch of a series of interactive styling and table-décor sessions on a dining table from Homewood.
